I am Wei HU and you can call me Vincent. I am a year-1 Ph.D. student in Information System Department, City University of Hong Kong. As for my educational background, I got Bachelor Degree of Applied Physics from Tongji University in July, 2015. Then, I received my Master degree of Mathematics for Finance and Actuarial Science (MSMFAS) jointly awarded by City University of Hong Kong and Université Paris-Dauphine in July, 2016. I work as a full-time Research Assistant for Dr. Guannan LUO at City University of Hong Kong from Mar.,2016 to Jul. 2017, with duties such as simulation programming, econometric modelling, data manipulation and analysis.

I am interested in Statistics&Data Science, Machine Learning and FinTech and their applications on Business.
